Changing the recipient

To change the recipient of the parcel, you need to send us: 1. Order number; 2. Name of the new recipient; 3. Contact number of the new recipient.

Changing the delivery address

Within the same city, the delivery address is changed free of charge. The cost of delivery to another city will be issued additionally. Contact us if you need to know this cost. To change the delivery address, you need to send us: 1. Order number; 2. New shipping address.
