Package is not moving
You can check the status by clicking the “track” button by entering the CDEK order number. If the order status is “Created”, we suggest contacting the seller, there is a possibility that the cargo may not have been transferred to CDEK for transportation. So far, an order for shipment has only been created. If the status of the order has shown the cargo is moving, for example, "accepted at the sender's warehouse" and hasn’t changed for more than 3-5 days, please contact us by leaving your request by filling out the form below.
