How is the cost of services calculated?
The cost of delivery depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment, as well as the delivery route. You can use our calculator to calculate shipping costs. Or write all the necessary data for the calculation to us in the application, we will calculate the cost of the service.
Why is the estimated weight of the package so high?
We measure not only the physical weight of the parcel - the indicator that the scales show. We also measure the volumetric weight of the parcel, it reflects the dimensions of the shipment and the area it occupies. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is (Length*Width*Height)/5000. To calculate the cost of delivery, a greater weight is taken: physical or volumetric.

My package is damaged. What shall I do?
If your order is damaged, write to us, having immediately specified whether the order was inspected upon receipt and whether a damage report was drawn up. If possible, send us a photo of the transport packaging and goods. The act serves as one of the reasons for making a positive decision on the claim in relation with the damage to the parcel.
