Dear customers, please be informed that in accordance with Order No. 1772of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, dated September 15, 2014, passport details must be provided to ensure the customs clearance of the parcels sent from foreign online stores. If the data is not provided, the company will have to send the order back to the online store due to the clearance failure.
