Parcels towards individuals
CDEK accepts documents and parcels for shipment to individuals. We do not accept dangerous goods and items prohibited for shipment by the local legislation of the countries. You can see the list in the Prohibited goods section. If you do not know if a product is classified as dangerous or prohibited, write to us.
Commercial shipment
Commercial shipments are goods not for personal use, but for profit: sales, advertising campaigns, promotions, testing. These could be finished products, manufacturing equipment, spare parts, product samples, or marketing materials. The cost of shipping commercial goods depends on the direction, weight. Fill out an application to calculate the cost.
Delivery from online stores
You can use our CDEK Forward service. CDEK Forward is a service for the delivery of parcels from online stores to individuals. After registration, you will be given access to the addresses of our warehouses in 11 countries around the world. Send goods to them from local online stores, and we will receive and combine your parcels, thereby reducing the cost of delivery. If you want to become our client, please write to us.
